PERMISSION

I give permission for my child to attend the St John's Camden Youth Group WINTER BEACH CAMP, JULY 15-19, 2024. I understand that travel will be by hired coach and by private car on-site driven by the group leaders, who are all experienced and responsible drivers (no P-plates). I also understand that the group leaders will take all care in supervising activities that take place while on camp. I will instruct my child to follow the leaders' instructions throughout the week; should that not take place, I understand that my child may be sent home for their own safety.
